Dr. Brent Baldasare is the author of The Great American Food Fight. He has been featured in numerous magazines and online documentaries chronicling his miraculous recovery from a devastating college football injury that left him paralyzed at the age of 21. This injury inspired him to learn more about healing foods, personal development, nutraceuticals, and innovative therapies to help patients not just recover but excel. Brent holds a B.S. in Human Performance from Ursinus College, post-graduate nutrition training at Cornell University, advanced training in Human Needs Psychology from the Center for Strategic Intervention and a Doctorate from Life University School of Chiropractic graduating at the top of his class.
