With over 15 years of experience in education and healthcare, I am passionate about driving digital transformation and quality improvement in the healthcare sector. As a Senior Training & Quality Analyst at UCHealth, I leverage my conversational AI knowledge, speech analytics expertise, and leadership skills, to design, deliver, and evaluate effective programs and quality assurance processes for various clinical and administrative systems.
