My role as a Key Account Specialist required me to develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to drive sales growth within the targeted accounts. Developing new relationships with NHS employees at all different levels of the care strucrue in order to maximise sales opportunnities. Networking with peers and customers to drive continuous sales growth ascross my designated accounts, frequently achieving sales and performance KPIs.

My role ensured invoices where paid on time by clients and any queries were rectified to a satisfactory level.

Part time position where I delivered individual and team KPIs. Lead the white goods department within the store and regularly hit sales targets.

Established the concession from new within House of Fraser. Created and drove KPI in line with regional sales performance. Worked alongside other managers with the menswear team to drive sales performance for the team.

Progressed from a Sales Advisor to a Supervisor within the Leslie Davis Store in the Bullring. Responsibilities included training staff, overlooking and planning the sales growth of specific departments with the store. Achieving personal KPIs and driving Team performance to achieve KPIs.
