•Manages over 200 personnel for water/waste water operation & maintenance. Responsible for oversight of 30 water production sites and 10 Wastewater sites with density of 70 ROWPU systems & 14 Waste Water treatment systems. •Design, installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Water & Waste water treatment systems.•Communicates with the client and coordinates installation, operation and Maintenance of water and wastewater systems. Reviews and issues Desk top Operating procedures, Emergency Response plans and training programs. Performance evaluation of Water & waste water site supervisors /Foremen & Regional office staff. •Insure compliance with LOGCAP water and wastewater directives and Standard Operating Procedures and Client requirements. •Provides technical assistance in troubleshooting water and wastewater treatment for all sites.•Tracks new Water & Waste water projects, including site assessments, review of PPE (Project Planning Estimate) & requisitions, coordination with Client regarding project installation and commissioning, Technical evaluations of the requisitions. •Inventory management•Technical specifications for new water projects. Assists in major maintenance/repairs of ROWPU & Waste water equipments. Assists on different water & waste water issues including the Leach fields & Lagoons. •Presentation, SOW (Scope of Work), Cost estimates, Cost savings for water/waste projects. Responsible for the system modifications for optimum usage. •Assist's Construction/Engineering to make drawings for water/waste water projects. Provides required information to the theater for Water, Waste water operation & on going projects. •Providing MMR (Maintenance Management Review), Functional Area Manager Updates & ORR (Operation Ready Reserve) reports to management for all sites. •Performs site visits, audits and inspections for incoming, ongoing and existing sites for Water & Waste Water Operations.
