● Digital Customer Journey: Design and implementation of the Digital Customer Journey, in collaboration with the Customer Experience team, related to the FCA Dealers’ Network of the EMEA region.● Digital Stores and Pop-Up Stores: Design and implementation of new concepts of stores around the world.Technologies: Kiosk Car Configurators, Profiling Cameras, Digital Signage system, Videowalls, Augmented and Virtual Reality Configurators and 360° Experiences.● Augmented & Virtual Reality, 3DWeb: ICT Responsible for Augmented Reality (B2C), Virtual Reality (B2B) and 3DWeb (B2B, B2C) projects. Brands: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia.● Digital Signage System: ICT Responsible for the Governance and Evolution of Digital Signage system, which is part of the Corporate Identity of FCA Brands. ● Innovation Projects: Coordinate the several initiatives within the EMEA region among the ICT processes (Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, After Sales, etc.). Define the innovation topics of company’s interest.● Innovation Culture: Reinforce and catalyze knowledge, competences and approaches regarding Innovation within the enterprise. Spread the innovation culture in terms of methodologies and opportunities (technological trends, market orientation and competitors’ solutions). Organize Workshops on innovation topics.● Third Parties Relations: Manage the external relations (Universities, Providers, Partners, Startups (350+), Incubators, Analysts, etc.).● Technology Scouting: Scout on topics of FCA ICT interest (research, analysis, governance, Proof of Concepts and Pilots management).Technologies: Digital Transformation, Augmented-Mixed-Virtual Reality, Machine Learning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Blockchain, Internet of Things, Sharing and P2P Economy, Industry 4.0, 3D Printing.● Innovation Lab: Responsible of the ICT Innovation Laboratory.

● Mapping the innovative initiatives within the FCA ICT family and sharing the projects with the ICT units and the Innovation team.● Scouting activities on topics of FCA ICT interest.● Manage Workshops on innovation activities.
