I have been working in the financial area since 2007. In the beginning, my main task was to serve the clients' financial needs and help them plan for the future: buying their own apartment, supporting their children and preparing for their retiriment years. I have been working as a manager since 2008 and continously training myself in management topics. I constantly pass on my experience and values ​​to my team members and help them get more out of themselves and achieve their goals. Currently my team is active in several cities in Hungary: mainly in Budapest, Székesfehérvár, Zalaegerszeg, Debrecen, Eger and Szekszárd. After Covid, we started to expand abroad to help more clients in the area of ​​financial awareness. In 2022 we opened our office in Cluj, where we are constantly hiring new people in order to achieve our goal, which is to double the number of new clients served in the next 3 years, which also requires tripling the number of collaborators. For this, it is essential to find leaders, for whom we give support and continuous mentoring, which helps them lead smaller and larger teams and drive the whole team to success.Our goal is to achive WIN-WIN always because this is our long-term business model.
