He oversees all Methodology concerns as well as specifically owning Economic Risk Capital Metrics across all of the risk stripes as they pertain to the calculation and execution of scenario results for Regulatory and internal risk management purposes. He also manages all infrastructure and automation initiatives across Enterprise Risk Management with a substantial Change budget. This responsibility includes ensuring risk metrics are constructed to align with our risk appetite framework and partner with other risk disciplines to ensure risk management capabilities line up with CS Group level requirements as well as drive strategic projects in the Group scenario modeling and infrastructure space. He is also responsible for numerous Regulatory reports that are delivered quarterly.Previously, Baldwin was also a Managing Director and Head of the Global Fixed Income Index Products Group. He was in charge of developing tradable and benchmark fixed income and equities index products leveraging the strategies and capabilities of Credit Suisse’s research, structuring and trading units. He also advised and implemented strategy and policy in the areas of market data and analytics across Fixed Income and Equities globally. This included the development of all new benchmark and tradable Equities, FX, Rates, Structured Products, EM, and Credit index products.
