Responsible for the development, socialization and implementation of school-wide culture plan, behavioral interventions, and teacher development. Managed nearly 2 million dollar budget for after school enrichment, and supervised a team of six educators towards achieving enrichment goals. Achieved a 90% decrease in behavioral referrals, and improved school performance grade from F to C.

Led field operations, press communications, and served as speechwriter for mayoral campaign.
