I have over 15 years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector and I’m passionate about creating sustainable change for individuals and communities. I am an experienced operations leader adept at building and optimizing robust business systems, driving efficiency and compliance, and fostering team synergy. I am results oriented with a proven track record of streamlining business processes and enhancing productivity through strategic planning, collaboration, and effective people management. I am an advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, through active participation and leadership of related groups at an organization and team level.I joined the Open Society Foundations in 2018 and is currently the Administration & Operations Manager for the foundation’s impact investment arm - Soros Economic Development Fund. Prior to joining OSF, I was the Operations Director for the Active Change Foundation where I was responsible for coordinating all operational activity related to the core business of deradicalisation including managing an award-winning youth leadership program from 2012 - 2016.I hold a BSocSci & BCom (Hons) in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town and a MA in Charity Management from St Mary’s University in London.
