My work in Assessment and Development Centres is enhanced by my passion for personality assessments, a craft I spent 3 decades nurturing. I am a certified Hogan, Facet 5, LSI, ADEPT15, Workplace Big 5 coach who also works extensively with FIRO B, Decision Styles, Influencing Styles, Change Styles, and 360 feedback design and deliver customized solutions for talent development, succession planning, feedback, and development journeys. Other focus areas are decoding and action planning for engagement surveys, performance management, and career path appreciation. My approach is based on iterative, prototypical, and goal-oriented methods, following a 70:20:10 strategy with 30-60-90 day sprints. I live in the space of possibility and co-create with my clients to bring their identity and values to life.I have a 15 year long association with Aon/ AHLC and run the certification workshops in Behavioral Interviewing, ADEPT 15, Interviewing Skills, Essentials of Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Performance Management and Train Assessors for Assessment Centres.
