Geographical scope of responsibilities extended to cover the APAC and LATAM regions as well, in addition to EMEA.Also acting as the lead & the point of contact for data privacy matters within the Global Sourcing function, and as a part of that, in cooperation with the DPO:- ensuring the GDPR-compliance of sourcing activities;- investigating and managing risks related to data protection issues;- drafting and negotiation of data processing agreements and other related documentation;- participating in various projects with data privacy relevance.

Providing legal support for the purchasing activities of all Lexmark entities across the EMEA region, including:- drafting, negotiation and review of contracts and other legal documentation;- coordinating with other business functions and external advisers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;- assisting the management and various corporate functions in the identification of legal and/or business risks, supporting and coordinating efforts aimed at the mitigation of such risks.

Providing comprehensive legal assistance to all business functions throughout the tendering and contracting process in relation to the deals to be concluded between Vodafone and its customers, including:- drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial, telecommunications and IT contracts as well as non-disclosure agreements, general service terms and other related legal documentation;- developing and improving contract templates as well as the processes and best practices related to contracting; - assisting fellow departments in the identification, management and mitigation of legal and business risks;- monitoring the domestic and EU-level regulatory trends and legislative changes concerning the telecommunications industry, and participating in the implementation of the necessary changes in the processes and templates.

Acting as the legal counsel and compliance officer of the company with a general scope of responsibilities, with special focus on IT law, regulatory compliance, purchasing contracts, and other transactions of high value and strategic importance.

Associate in the Corporate / M&A practice, focusing mainly on large scale cross-border acquisitions, domestic and international corporate matters and high value commercial transactions.

Junior associate with strong focus on Hungarian and international corporate law, high profile M&A transactions, and complex commercial deals.
