Responsible for all the HR topics, questions and issues for the retail branch network and different departments in Hungary of 520 employees in North-East Hungary, 3 counties (recruitment, lifecycle, workforce planning, budgeting, reporting, educating and advising managers, be the 1st point of contact)- Collect, modify and check all the employee data during the integrations (15 to 1 company in 2019, preparing the coming fusion with 3 banks into 1 in 2022)- Active participation of building the HR department at the beginning, then the processes, workflows, HR systems, then train managers and employees to use them- Deal in strategic decisions with managers from HR side, working close to them- Participating on F2F interviews, effectively supporting, giving advice managers in decision making- Active participation in rationalization, active participation in preparing and implementingcollective redundancies (termination of employment), prepairing and doing labour law sanctions when necessary
