At SalesRock, I'm working in the sales, and content creating department, helping businesses grow from all over the world.We offer IT services like: website building, application development, IT audition, IT supervision.In the Marketing department: PPC services on the platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Pinterest, Tiktok, Linkedin. Creating marketing strategies/plans, and basically everything that is related to marketing.As head of the content creation at the company, I'm responsible for creating the most effective (in terms of results), and most professional content for our clients. This way they can rise above their competition, or simply have a remarkable appearance, depending on their needs.

As a Marketing Expert at Meta, I specialized in digital marketing. The main role of the position included: connecting with business owners/marketing agencies, educating them in marketing/content strategies, and implementing these strategies via our diverse range of products available in the Ads Manager.After implementation of the given advices, the average growth in Ads Revenue ranged between: ~ 5%-1000% (depending on the type, scale, advertising history of the business.)During this time I worked with ~ 200 businesses, providing ~ 2000 consultations.

I provided 60 minutes trainings to my clients, with the first appointment being an analyzation of their health/physical conditions. From the results of the first meeting, I created a plan on how we can achieve their goals provided by them. The average number of trainings were 2 - maximum 3/week (with me).The results of the personal trainings were the following: weight loss, muscle gain, correction in posture, more energy in general, more motivation.

Picking up deliveries from restaurants/stores, and delivering them to the customers as fast as possible. In this position time management was key. It completely determined how much I earned, because the contact was performance based. On a regular day I made ~ 30 deliveries, in some cases up to 50-60.

The company opened for a new territory, and in a very short period of time I had to build out the whole operations as the team manager.I was responsible for a team of 4 people at the beginning, shortly after a team of 10.My tasks included: recruiting new employees, training new, and old employees, writing time schedule for my team, keeping connection with the team managers of other teams cooperating with us, reporting my managers.
