Job Functions: • Interfacing with subcontractors and Lexmark country representatives to understand and comply with legal requirements • Providing local Packaging Waste Organizations (PWO’s) with on-time and accurate declarations of Lexmark products packaging introduced on EMEA market • Assisting local Lexmark Country representatives for providing European Union Member States WEEE Registers and local Eco-Organisms with on-time and accurate WEEE declarations of Lexmark products introduced on the EU market • Implementing and operating a management system to ensure legal compliance and pro-active legal watch and actions on EMEA level and on Country level. • Maintaining and providing support to environmental legislation and declarations related databases and systems • Being a point of contact in environmental and CSR related activitiesRoles & Responsibility: • Challenging calculation rules with subcontractors and Countries in order to optimize costs for Lexmark. • Piloting external audits on declarations • Performing scheduled and ad-hoc compliance internal audits • Communication with the counterparts in the US-based Sustainability Group members on the EMEA environmental product legislation, support implementation in Countries when needed • Operating a Compliance management system to ensure compliance and correct fee payment in the EMEA • Monitoring and controlling subcontractor’s activity & invoicing payment to subcontractors. • Implementing a central WEEE reporting tool in SAP with IT supporting WEEE declaration • Interfacing with EMEA finance on declarations and rules to support Finance activity with regard to costs follow-up and accruals setup and backup. • Coordinating and co-leading the Sustainability initiative (a.k.a. My grandfather was the inventor and creator of the world famous Hévíz Medicinal Mud's production as we now it today. The Tóth-Aradvári Family has been producing and selling the medicinal mud for over 30 years now. After successfully winning the TÁMOP 2.3.6 subsidy as an individual businessman, I've created the Palean brand for high quality cosmetic products from the Hungarian Medicinal Mud of Hévíz.

As a local resident, I always wanted to discover the secrets of the Festetics Castle and I managed to do this while earning money, as well. I guided hundreds of tour groups through the amazing rooms, full of relics and history, providing them with interesting and useful information, as well as with many amazing stories and tales related to certain paintings or items. During this time I had visitors from all over the world: Italy, Germany, USA, Israel, Austria, etc.

The basic maintainance/cleansing of the kitchen e.g. mopping the floor, cleaning machines, washing dishes, occasionally helping the cooks.
