Hello, I’m Baljit, also known as Bal! I’m a commercially focused marketer, whose also a chief storyteller. I’m super passionate about consumers, what drives them to purchase, how do they feel and what ultimately makes them choose a brand, not just once but time and time again. I love working with people who not only come up with ideas, but want to make a transformative change with them. I’ve worked for some big brands, not the sexiest but definately challenging. If I can make broadband appear exciting I can work wonders on most products! Data, and more data is where I usually start and I’m a firm believer that rolling up your sleeves and finding some gold nuggets in the midst of numbers or insights can bring fresh thinking and perspectives. I’ve also managed teams and I love that part of my job, I’m a naturally curious person, whether that’s learning about products or people, I love coaching teams and my leadership style is open, honest, collaborative and optimistic.
