As a Big Data Engineer currently spearheading major projects for the General Directorate of Security, I am at the forefront of applying big data solutions to critical security applications. My journey began as a Senior GIS Application Developer at HAVELSAN, where I have used my extensive experience in GIS analysis, web mapping, and geospatial data management. This foundation has been pivotal in transitioning to big data, where my focus is now deeply rooted.In my recent undertaking, I have worked in the project of developing comprehensive fingerprint identification system for the General Directorate of Security. This high-impact project involved employing Kafka and Dask at a vast scale, managed efficiently through Kubernetes (K8s). This experience not only underscored my technical acumen in handling large-scale data processing but also showcased my ability to architect and deploy highly efficient, scalable systems.Currently, I am immersed in developing a cutting-edge real-time video analytics platform for the same organization. This project again leverages the power of Kubernetes to handle scalability challenges, enabling the processing of high-volume, real-time data streams. My role involves creating a robust infrastructure that supports advanced data analytics for security applications.My expertise is characterized by a unique blend of geospatial data knowledge and advanced big data technologies. With over a decade in the field and AWS certifications, my goal is to continue driving innovation in data analytics. I am passionate about developing solutions that not only process massive datasets but also significantly enhance public security and operational efficiency.
