I have designed circuits using vacuum tubes,transistors,thyristors,mosfet,igbt,digital and analog IC ,micro controllers.I also can design power frequency iron core and high frequency ferrite core transformers and inductors.I can get pipeline breaking ideas and can implement them.

Started as Lecturer,reached to VICE PRINCIPAL AND I/C PRINCIPAL,got two projects worth Rs.11.5 Lacs from AICTE,GOVT OF INDIA under MODROBS for electronics and microprocessor and computer hardware laboratories ,guided several electronics projects, developed new laboratory s, implemented several new experiments. As an active member of Board Of Studies,of university,devised and Implemented,curricula of diploma in Information Technology,Computer Engineering and Communication Engineering. Modified generic diploma course in electrical engineering from time to time and kept in tune with state of art.

Completed Design, Development, Vendor Development and Implementation of the Collaborator's (Zellwager Uster-Switzerland) Design in German Language by designing Various Transformers, Inductors, Ballasts, PCB etc.Of Imperfection Indicator and Spectrograph of the four unit Uster family Yarn Evenness Tester-Used in Textile Industries. The Technology used was ranging from Vacuum Tubes to digital IC.

Designed,Developed and produced (a) Switch Mode Exciter Controller for Train Lighting Alternator which charges battery under the carriage of Indian Railways - Carriage and wagons shop at Ajmar, Rajasthan. (b) Thyristor Controlled Power Plant (for telephone Exchanges --51volts regulator ) consisting of Float Rectifier(using UJT/Ramp and padestle), Battery Charger (using Ballast/thyristor current limiting) and Switching Cubicle (Having Master-Slave Auto parallel Facility) for Post and Telegraph Department (now BSNL). (c) AC Servo Controlled Voltage Regulator Using (1) DC Motor Using all solid state Thyrtstor control (when this was done usind relays by competeters ), (2) AC Synchronous Step Syn Motor Using Thyristor controller and Op amp and (3) Two Phase AC Servo Motor control using Saturable reactor.(d) Current limited High Voltage DC Tester ( 0 to 40 KV DC Using magnetic shunt current limited transformer) For Yesha Ltd. Vadodara.(e) Vacuum Tube Resonance Detector for MW Transmitter tower tension insulator shunt inductor testing-ABB Ltd., Vadodara. (f) 0 to 50 Volt DC,10 Ampere- Adjustable Power supply using three phase thyristor pre-regulator and linear bipolar transistor regulator for Indian Railways. Designed all transformers, Inductors, Ballasts, Chokes, PCB art work etc. for the above products.

Designed various electromagnetic devices like Shunt Trip, Closing coil, Blocking Magnets at different AC and DC voltage ratings. Developed Mechanical Interlock For OZ2 Mechanism of Circuit breaker. Conducted Variety Reduction survey for special washers and bolts.Calculated Ratings of MOCB at reduced Voltages and Capacitor Switching.
