I am having a rich experience of 25+ years in various industries like Automobile , Process ,Pharma industry .I have been working for the last 11+ in R&D Centre of Tata Motors in Electrical and Electronic design ,development and Electrical Intergration for commercial vehicle segment. This consists of design ,development, proto typing for various automotive components like Wiring Harness ,Rotary Machines like Starters, Alternators and LV batteries ,HV battery integration for all segments of commercial vehicle across the platform. I am well versed with the complete lifecycle and processes of D&D for electrical components. Interacting with various stake holders and suppliers management for part developmental activities. Preparation and adherence to technology road map for electrical components .Working on various innovative intellectual property rights projects, annual budgeting and planning for the the COE, Working in various cross functional teams . I am also an Inventor of a patent and a copy right leader for a new technology .Prior to above said responsibility, I also have an extensive experience of over 15+ years in Machine health electrical group for various types of machines in various type of industries which mainly deals with Machine maintenance ,PLC programming ,trouble shooting ,refurbishment of old machines, conversion in to latest technology. I also worked for major manufacturing process changes for productivity improvements like single piece flow .As a part of process improvement team, I worked as lead for TPM ,TQM,ISO process implementation in respective profiles.I am also skilled at creating strong team building ,team bounding ,motivation ,enhancing skills ,cross functional teams, annual performance management and goal settings.
