Throughout my experience at Elon University, I have had the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the communications field. I have gained knowledge from all aspects including production, broadcast as well as journalism and strategic. However; I am currently focusing more so on a journalistic viewpoint of the industry. My post graduation plans are to attend graduate school in which I can further enhance my skills and experience which will lead me to the succession of my long-term goal: writing for Essence Magazine.With the current skills I have, I am able to bring unique and desirable ideas to your company. I live by my fathers famous words "Plan your work, and work your plan, so that all your needs will be met, and all your wants will fall into place."
