Current• Develop cross-format content for all internal Beer Division communication channels to support brand objectives. • Implemented a new internal communication channel: Constellation Brands Beer Division Instagram. • Manage social media campaign ideation, curation, and distribution.• Analyze performance to optimize content which resulted in an increased follower count of 26% in a one-year period.• Collaborate with executive leadership and corporate communications on the development of content to drive positive employee outreach and engagement while promoting brand initiatives.• Partner with Modelo Especial, Corona Extra and Pacifico marketing teams to produce various communication materials including internal and external briefing guides and newsletter content.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce and distribute the monthly newsletter Gold Network News (over 3,500 recipients) and the weekly sales newsletter The Update (over 800 recipients).• At direction of the Chief Customer Officer, lead internal logistics, production planning, and event execution of the annual internal sales conference (800 attendees) and external distributor conference (2,000 attendees) with a combined yearly budget of $8 million. • Manage external agency in support of event execution to include all meeting-related communications such as FAQs, presentations, and one-sheeters.
