Leading the newly established SBPP regional strategic function to deliver execution and performance management throughout F&B EAME. Driving the development, planning and execution of our F&B EAME strategy, including M&A. Supporting the organization in planning for success and aligning it in order to execute against the business plan.The SBPP function consists of the following teams:- strategy development and execution (including M&A);- program & project management; - internal communication; - revenue growth management (costing and pricing);- business planning processes;- business intelligence.

Ensuring that strategy development and review within Food & Beverage EAME is developed and executed in a standardised approach and methodology. This is with the objective to facilitate and ensure the on-time and successful execution of our EAME Ambition. It involves the performance reporting of EAME Strategic Projects, the direct management of selected strategic projects, and acting as the regional liaison for global project management activities. Furthermore, in supporting the Leadership Journey, it has a have a focus on enabling cultural and leadership change and change management within our region. Most recently the role portfolio has expanded to include M&A PMO. Member of the EAME Leadership Team (ELT).

The role was focused on facilitating and coaching the development of strategies within the Flavor Division EAME. Acting as an internal consultant to support the development of customer strategies, in addition to facilitating internal processes and meetings, and program managing internal programs and projects.
