Mr. Croce is a Principal at Madryn Asset Management, LP. Mr. Croce works closely with the Firm’s Leadership and Investment Team to actively support the Firm’s investment portfolio through model development and valuation analysis. Additionally, Mr. Croce is responsible for assisting with all aspects of financial reporting, fundraising, and investor relations.

Perform internal and external advising over the Financial, Regulatory, and Control processes associated with the financial statement audit for both public and private companies while addressing value-added areas specific to client needs. Assist clients with the development of dynamic control frameworks to improve corporate compliance and reduce financial risk as well as Ad-Hoc projects that address client's operational risks.
