Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget, and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements. 2. Establish a project safety plan and ensures that it is communicated to all employees on the job site. Actively promote and support safety policies and monitor the job site for good safety practices. 4. Establish site security measures and monitor site access by subcontractors and others. 5. Responsible for administration of construction contract works, and assisting the Project Manager with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals etc. 2. Orient, assign, and supervise the construction site staff on a daily basis so that all construction activities are adequately covered. 3. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents and writing/replying letters to sub-contractor/ The Engineer using FIDIC as a contract document. 4. Ensure the work is done according to technical specifications of the project and to the satisfaction of The Engineer. 3. Manage the contractor's resources efficiently and get the maximum work done on site. 4. Get the daily progress report for work done prepared by the team. 5. Foresee the material demand and forward it to the procurement department. 6. Assist Project Manager prepare for Monthly Progress Review Meetings with clients.

Emergency work of dismantling and reconstruction of SKT cross regulator and KBH regulator on North west canal at 180 RD1. Supervise the site work and check work of different subcontractors including cutting/bending and fixing of steel and formwork. 2. Ensure proper formwork to the required line and grade for good finish after removal of formwork. 3. Calculate quantities of concrete required at site and convey to batching plant staff. 4. Make 2D CAD shop drawings whenever necessary for approval from client.
