Key Responsibilities are channel sales and business development(General and Modern trade) of Fresh dairy products like Milk, Buttermilk, Dahi, Paneer, Lasee,Flavio etc in Ahmedabad East Zone by Deploying new Distributors and develop new routes as per expansion of business, open new retail outlets. Maintaining Account and Product wise sales on daily basis . Instructing and assisting PSMs with daily operations. Give monthly target (New outlet opening and sales) to Distributors and PSMs also guide them for achievement of the same. Continues monitoring competitor’s activity and plan counter marketing activity accordingly.Marketing activities like Sign board placement and Kiosk activity for new products.Maintenance of proper timely milk distribution channel include in daily logistics Responsible to resolve all the customer complaints and business complaints within 48 hrs in designated area.
