I am responsible for a set of Enterprise accounts in the Philadelphia area. As the single point of contact globally for these accounts, I manage every relationship that they have with Dimension Data. I have expertise in not only core networking, but the auxiliary areas of security, storage, convergence and operating systems. I am responsible for selling Professional Services and Managed Services into my accounts including the latest addition - our Managed Cloud Platform. I help my customers with the design, integration, support and management of their enterprise, data-centre or service provider networks.
