• The daily coordination of 6 reporters, 3 technicians, 1 production leader, which included supervising the working tasks of 4-5 contributors.
• Coordination of the work for Kossuth Radio Station and the Regional Studio, representing the interests of the regional radio station in Budapest.

• Producing reports and interviews for the daily radio programmes of Kossuth and the Regional Radio Station.
• Setting up the daily broadcast hours as an Editor. Organising or ordering various kinds of reports. Keeping in touch actively with the field-worker reporters.
• While working as a reporter I participate actively in events and organise interviews. Doing research about stories and people; producing reports.
• Presenting radio programmes: presenting live broadcast radio programmes 2-3 times weekly.
• Keeping in touch regularly with the most important institutions, foundations, civilians in the region.
• Taking part in press conferences.
