As the Quality Assurance & Safety Manager at Subang MRO, I’m focused on strengthening our Quality and Safety Management Systems to go beyond just meeting regulatory requirements. I work to promote a safety-first culture where continuous improvement and operational excellence are priorities. I’m proud to have contributed to securing initial approvals from the FAA and several National Aviation Authorities, helping position our MRO as a leader in the General Aviation (GA) and Business Aviation (BA) sectors.With a degree in Airline & Airport Management and diplomas in Flight Operations and Aviation Management, I mix what I’ve learned academically with real-world experience in quality and safety. Having worked in procurement, flight operations, and safety, I’ve gained a broad view of the aviation industry, which helps me approach challenges from different angles.
