East-West Corridor Expressway Project (Client-ASHGHAL):Project supervision with Client-PMC-SC-Contractor interaction/coordination of 14 kms of U/G EHV-HV (132kV, 66kV) diversion works, 35 kms of MV/LV power distribution works including, but not limited to 18 nos. of 11kV indoor and package type Sub-stations, 18 nos. of 1000KVA Transformers, 67 nos. of feeder pillar cabinets, cabling, T&C) works and 140 kms of Highway/Road lighting cabling, 3020 nos. of Highway lighting Poles, 58 nos. of Lighting programmable control cabinets for one of the major Doha Expressway projects.

Supervising a team of dedicated & hard working professionals that results in 08 nos. custom-made containers for MVsub-stations, MV switchgear, LV switchgear, MDB/SMDB, FAS. The projects included, but not limited to, conceptual design, factory/site design modifications, fabrication, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of metal-sheet containers, MV/LV switchgear and MDBs, Lighting & power control, FAS (CO2/FM200) and HVAC systems.

MEP design modification, site engineering, installation and T&C supervision of 89 nos. of TSE valve chambers to have retrofitted valves with electric actuators, flow meters & RMUs for ASHGHAL-TSE SCADA project. The task includes retro-fitting of 89 manually operated valve chambers with electrical actuated valves. Refurbishment MEP works of 69 valve chambers. Installation, T&C of 79 RMUs at valve and flow meter chambers, including installation of new SCADA system. Also, Kahramaa power supply connections to all valve & flow meter chambers. At final stage of project, data pick-up & transfer to new SCADA from TSE pumping stations. Project cost analysis, Installation designing (As Contractor), Inspection, testing and commissioning of ELV systems (BMS, PAS, FAS & TDS), Ground Protection System & Lightning Surge Protection system, LVS Installation, Cable Networking and Highway / Street Lighting Works for Catering Building in New Doha International Airport (NDIA), Qatar.

Sequence-wise inspection procedure to start & complete Highway/Tunnel/Street lighting, Intelligent Traffic Control System - ITS (Equipped with "Never-Fail Loop System - USA), Power Distribution Cabling & networking of equipments (Feeder Pillars, Control Cabinets) & related accessories. Submitting Request for Inspection (RFI) to Consultant for the planned work to inspect and execute. Issuing Work-plan & supervising sub-contractor(s) work according to plan. Dealing independently with Consultant, Govt. authorities, Team members & sub-contractor(s) in order to avoid/minimize damages or accidents on site & surrounding areas.

Design of all electrical engineering works including conduit routes, installation of lights and major electrical fixtures, circuit distribution, laying and termination of HV & LV transmission lines and installation and commissioning of 22/11KV substations & switchgear. Electrical engineering conceptual design and project execution of architectural lighting using LED, adjustable flood & beam lights and its conduit routing for 1.5 kms long Saadiyat Bridge Project totally unique in terms of electrical work and construction. Execution of turnkey projects involving street lighting of highways, roads and residential areas of Jumeira & Muhiasnah, Dubai.

Overall planning and execution of Fibre Optic Cable link projects, GSM-MW tower installation projects, telecom cutover projects, 13kV / 400kV Power Transmission tower installation projects and Electric cable laying projects. Zero in on adequate site for projects after conducting relevant surveys over a variety of terrain, design the conceptual layout for the project based on the site and supervision of worksite activities. Liaoning with various government departments and agencies for requisite approvals, maintain proper records of commercial and legal documents regarding permissions corresponding to all land transactions regarding the project, review and ensure that all necessary documents are retained and regularly updated. Material requirement planning, sourcing, manpower allocation, interdepartmental coordination, work progress monitoring and overall project management to guarantee on time completion and handover to client. Achievements Brief: Successful completion of Laying of Fibre Optic Cable over a distance of 189 kms 81 days before hand over date. Project termination of over 15 Telecom - GSM towers (25 mtrs. to 80 mtrs. high) installed in different areas before 40 days to completion date. Completed & handed-over 200 m high single-foundation / leg GSM tower to client 17 days before completion date. Awarded Best Site Engineer for the year-2005.

Responsible for overall and preventive maintenance of Air compressors (up to 350 CFM), Gensets, Power-generators (up to 1000KVA). Systematic troubleshooting and repair of NC, pneumatic & hydraulic machines. Maintenance of 11kV I/D sub-station & related switchgear, panels and periodic updated recording of all repair activities undertaken for future reference. Maintenance & trouble-shooting of conveyers, chilling units, Injection-moulding machines. Achievements brief: Installation of 12 tanning / dying drums (2000 litres capacity each) for the Leather-tannery unit in a short time duration of one month. Commissioning and operation of Injection-moulding machines for shoe-sole production in 1 week's time. Under took & completed LV-3ph wiring for 15 die-cutting machines through overhead shed-wiring system in 40 days. Awarded Best-All round Supervisor for the Year - 2003.
