Providing seamless staffing contracting solutions for a host of industries.Responsibilities• Working on full-time and contract positions for many different clients directly to the US.• Hands-on Recruitment.• I am experienced in working with Citizens, Green cards, EAD and H1B’s.• Screening, Searching scheduling and Recruiting candidates. • Pulling up candidates perfectly from various job portals according to the projects• (Monster ,DICE, CB, LinkedIn), Database and through the References of the Consultants.• Posting jobs on various websites. • Called and sent emails to the candidates regarding projects. • Discuss the project with the candidates and short-listing them based on their skills.• Salary discussion with the Consultant (Per Annum basis).• Resume writing and reformatting resume as per the requirements.• Prepare candidates for submission to the client.• Responding to the candidates regarding their queries.• Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with appropriate candidates.• Responsible for utilizing the database to identify potential candidates.• Responsible for required documentation for the hired candidates.• Experience of Complete Life Cycle of Recruitment. E.g. Searching, Shortlisting,Interview Schedule, Till the Candidate Joins.• Prepared resumes for describing the position to the candidate presented to the client and coached candidates through the client interview process.• Maintained database of various sources of resumes Kept track of all weekly and monthly activities in recruitment and submitted reports.
