Okay, so I was in a 3 month contract period in tele performance that was the Flipkart process. I was in the inbound process, meaning we used to receive calls from the customer and give them queries accordingly. My scores were met. The contract ends on the 15th of November and the full and final settlement will be done within 30 to 45 days as per their policy of Tele performance. I had a good experience in Teleperformance. I learned a lot about BPO sector and it's working. It was first company and I was fortunate enough to get a bunch of good friends and excellent TL & AM. I also learned a lot in these 3 months be it soft skill or customer handling process. I find myself fit for the current role and would be a good asset to the company.
