Professional experience of 26 years of service in the oil & gas industry, 14 years as reliability consultant and senior advisor in probabilistic risk analysis, senior advisor to Pemex in FEL E&P Projects, in addition to the last 6 years dedicated to personal entrepreneurs, with basic training in industrial instrumentation specifically in maintenance engineering, basic and detailed engineering, start-up and commissioning of control and protection systems (DCS/BMS/SIS) of Refinery equipment, development of procedures and functional tests of field instrumented systems and online process analyzers and refining facilities laboratory, and coordination and execution of quality tests of execution and implementation of QA/QC projects.Extensive experience as a technical leader and project advisor in the areas of quantitative risk analysis, uncertainty management in exploration and exploitation projects, equipment maintenance, operational reliability and maintenance management.Solid knowledge of reliability methodologies and experience in practical applications of reliability-centered maintenance, criticality analysis, root cause analysis, study of safety integrity levels of safety instrumented systems (SIL-SIS), cost-benefit risk, optimization of inventories, risk-based inspection analysis.Extensive knowledge of characteristics and typical problems of processes in atmospheric and vacuum distillation plants, alkylation, oxygenated products, hydrodesulfurization, sulfur recovery, delayed coking, water treatment, catalytic cracking, hydrogen, lubricants, catalytic reforming, packaging lines of lubricants, storage and mixing in line of and dispatch of fuels.Skills such as coordination, project supervision, contract management, personnel, facilitator in different branches of reliability and instrumentation and advanced knowledge of the English language.
