• Efficiently planning, organizing and implementing all accounting procedures and policies to ensure transactions are efficient/ effective, accounting is accurate and complete• Monthly Preparation and review of reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaid, property, and intercompany accounts• Performance of internal control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of books and records• Preparation of MIS Reports on a monthly basis and submit to the Management • Preparation and review of Journal entries, bank account transactions and Month End Close Adjustment entries • Managing and supervising to clear all the reconciling items by co-coordinating with HR and management Team• Perform review of bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts• Managing Revenue (Receivables) Accounting, Accounting Period Close, Analysis & Reporting• Analysis of Balance sheet, receivable, payable and accruals viz, trend analysis, movement analysis, aging and providing summarized as well as detailed MIS Reports as per requirements of management• Calculation of Reserves & Provisions , preparation of Accruals based on different AR & AP reports, timely review and posting of JEs • Review of Reconciliation of intercompany balances, bank reconciliation and various Balance Sheet Account reconciliations• Preparation and presentation of Internal Assessment (kind of Internal Audit) for all reconciliations performed by the team to the management• Co-ordination and follow up with different Finance Teams for timely clearing of various reconciling items

• Efficiently planning, organizing and implementing all accounting procedures and policies to ensure transactions are efficient/ effective, accounting is accurate and complete for more than 50 clients• Yearly Preparation and review of reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaid, property, and intercompany accounts for more than 50 clients• Performance of internal control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of books and records for clients• Preparation and review of Journal entries, bank account transactions and year end close adjustment entries • Perform review of bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts for clients• Analysis of balance sheet, receivable, payable and accruals viz, trend analysis, movement analysis, aging and providing summarized as well as detailed MIS Reports as per requirements of the clients• Calculation of Reserves & Provisions , preparation of accruals based on different AR & AP reports, timely review and posting of JEs on behalf of clients• Review of reconciliation of intercompany balances, bank reconciliation and various balance sheet account reconciliations on behalf of clients• Preparation and presentation of internal assessment (Internal Audit) for all reconciliations performed by the clients including bank audits
