Balu has been with IBM for about 26 years, currently heads the IBM Client Solutioning Innovation Center as India Operations Leader and Data Scientist/Advanced Analytics with People and Project Management responsibilities, based in Bangalore, India with Teams spread across various cities in India and Globally. Balu is an active member of the Business Steering Committee and Business Transformation Initiative board which is an integral part of Business Development and Leadership of IBM. Balu also has a wide range of Global Leadership work experience - IBM UK, IBM USA, IBM Singapore, Ameriprise Financials, USA, American Express, USA.Balu has strong foundations in Business Transformative Strategy and grass root delivery, coupled with distinctive academic background having two Post Graduate degree – Post Graduate Program in DataScience and Machine Learning, Masters of Arts, enabling him to take on challenging opportunities and adds to the diversity to his academic and work experience.
