Transformed the Transport Dept services like New Vehicle Registration, Transfer of Ownership, grant of permits, Learner’s License, Driver Licence etc and made them contact less, paperless and cashless with zero touch points between citizen and Transport department. Designed, and implemented ePragati - a Digital Transformation initiative of Govt of AP. As the CEO of ePragati, developed the Hackathon model of Vendor selection, story points based procurement model bringing down the procurement cycle and vendor selection to 7 working days, delivered 223 Transformed G2C services with 50K concurrency in 365 days. ePragati platform with an enterprise Architecture for the Whole of the Govt was delivered from grounds up in 8 months with technologies for BPM Tool based applications development, integration, data analytics, Identity Management, API Management. A life event based G2C services with Design thinking at its core is the focus of Transformation and it is targeted to transform 795 G2C services in the next two years. The Legal framework in the form of a Govt Order for Digital Transformation standards is also put in place. A Local Govt Directory and a Master Data Management framework was designed and developed which became the fabric for enabling a single view of data across departments.Started the journey from being the first employee in March 2017 to building a vibrant 400 member organisation with a diversity of skill sets ranging from Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, UX, QA, Design Architect, Business Analysts, PMs Program Managers, delivering G2C Services for Animal Husbandry (Cattle health life cycle record), Education( Electronic Student record),Agriculture, Transport, Sports, Works Management, UNDP, Police, Intelligence.
