 Identify process improvements and implement automation using Shell / PHP/ HTML / PERL /Javascript etc., Enable security for Application portals by installing SSL, Checking XSS vulnerabilities, IDS etc., Administration of Linux and AIX servers. Update process documents, Disaster recovery documents etc., Configure / Tune Apache Web Server. Work and close incident, Work order, Change request etc., as per SLA  Work closely with Business partners and fix issues they face using SAS client. Update, check & configure ODBC and tnsnames file for Oracle & SQL server. Identify areas for improvement in Application / Server environment. Monitor Compute, Metadata and Jboss Application server for 24x7 availability Coordinate with different Infrastructure teams for Troubleshooting issues, Installations etc., Plan migration activities for different quality and care delivery groups around the country. Create install instructions for various software’s in server / client machines. Monitor the Server logs and Create Shell scripts for disc monitoring, Log file purging, Restarting services etc., Support Internet facing web portals for Care delivery groups. POC’s testing AWS cloud platform with the developers. Migration of current applications to cloud, using configuration management tool for deploying codes. Capacity planning to address growth in items like Storage, Memory, CPU Utilization. Evaluate releases, updates and recommendation from vendors Work closely with the Business Partners in identifying the application issue and troubleshoot them Install and configure LAMP[Apache, Mysql, PHP] for care delivery groups. Restarting of SAS services like ObjectSpawner, ConnectSpawner etc., Adding of users to SAS Metadata

Responsible for taking care of all the infrastructure related activities which deals with the Java Application Server upgrade & installation, Certificate installation, server build etc., on AIX, windows, Linux and Z-Linux servers in Test, Stage and Production environments. Responsible for adding servers to the existing cluster, Application security etc., Close security vulnerabilities on application and web servers like Cross Site Scripting (XSS), TRACE / TRACK etc., Attend change control meeting and schedule changes for application team accordingly. Supporting more than 1000 production servers and (Internet / Intranet) facing Java Applications  Responsible for troubleshooting various issues involving WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Web Server Coordinate and work with Infrastructure team in Brazil. Responsible to enable security for the Admin Console and application components Uninstall the application and upgrade the application version based on requirements. Creating Change Requests and Problem Tickets according to the customer requirement. Installing SSL[Secure Socket Layer] certificates in Application Server / Webservers Requesting LDAP [Light Weight Directory Access Protocol] ids for global security. Experience working with IBM Software Groups for Application fixes and creating new Infrastructure. Automating Enterprise application installations and resource configurations. Install Application server, Webserver infrastructure running on Windows, Linux and AIX
