I began my career as a video editor at a digital media marketing company, where I quickly learned the essentials of teamwork and company operations. As a self-taught video editor, I expanded my skills to include digital marketing and graphic design, eventually freelancing as a digital media marketer.After college, I joined Centum Learning as a software product trainer. I started by training people but quickly took on client relations operations as well. My role expanded from training in a district section to leading training across the entire state of Kerala. This experience sharpened my ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and create effective solutions, such as dashboards for tracking progress. My growth at Centum sparked a deeper interest in problem-solving and process improvement.Motivated by these experiences, I transitioned into product design, focusing on UX design and wireframing with tools like Figma and Adobe XD. My background in video editing and design helped me quickly adapt and excel in this field. Now, as a Product Manager at Urbanfolks Mobility, I leverage my diverse skill set to develop innovative solutions that drive success.
