Performed in-depth review of common support costs allocation from State Department, including in-depth review of cost distribution methodology and sharing factors. Conducted quarterly review of open obligations to close in order to prevent fraud or misuse.Prepared accruals for month-end closing.Reported bi-weekly time and attendance for employee and contractors’ payroll.• Travel Authorizations: Maintained the End-to-End (E2) travel obligating and reimbursement system for all entitlement and field travel of employees and contractor.
