I am an information technology instructor at MLC College of Business, Technology and Healthcare, where I teach computer science courses and provide IT support to students and staff. I am also a sales associate at Laura Canada, where I use my IT and education skills to deliver excellent customer service and assist the store operations. I have a master's degree in computer applications from PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana, and I am currently pursuing a project management certificate from Algoma University. I have over two years of experience as an IT teacher at DCM Presidency School and as an assistant professor at GHG Khalsa College, where I conducted workshops and increased the IT literacy of students and staff. I have multiple certifications from Microsoft and LinkedIn in managing Jira projects, and I am proficient in technical project management, information technology infrastructure, and higher education teaching. I am passionate about using technology to enhance learning and collaboration, and I aspire to pursue a career in project management that combines my IT and education skills.
