Invited to the bank for leading digital business development (Retail & SME), new product line development, implementation of several large-scale projects such as issuing and acquiring parts of the business, replacement of critical information systems, and transition to Business Process Management technology in the retail business. At the same time, was responsible for: • Administrative and functional supervision of departments responsible for the development, organization, and support of IT projects (88 employees). • Implementation of several innovation projects in the bank.Achievements: • Orchestrated reengineering of the existing e-business at all levels: business, marketing, financial, technological, and processing. • Organized installation of an industry-leading software suite for e-business and developed a unique business process system for servicing customers in the bank’s branches.

Invited to the bank to develop the international payment cards business (Retail & SME), and for this to realize several large-scale projects such as replacement of the critical information systems and software, transition to chip technology in the retail business, and organization of International Processing Centre for the banks of BTA holding. At the same time, was responsible for: • Administrative and functional supervision of a department responsible for business development, organization, and support of Visa & MasterCard payment card projects (33 employees). Support of card circulation in the amount of more than 1 million, support of more than 2 thousand pieces of equipment.• Functional supervision of the bank’s processing center (153 employees).• Implementation of innovation projects in banks of BTA Holding Group (as a project leader).Achievements: • Analyzed existing business processes and streamlined operations to facilitate a remarkable improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality of operations.• Led the business through a series of technology design, development and implementation projects totaling more than $5 million. Orchestrated installation of an industry-leading software suite for integrated management of card production, ATM and POS-terminals functioning, financial transactions, dispute resolution, fraud management, and 24/7 customer service. • Coordinated all phases of project leadership, from initial design and planning through construction oversight and facilities set-up/operation. • Reengineered and strengthened the organizational structure of the department and processing center to keep pace with rapid growth and ensure the bank’s ability to meet operational, employee, financial, sales, and service demands.

Invited to organize payment card business (Retail & SME), from the formation of the bank’s business strategy to full production throughout all bank’s branches. The project included the installation of new multifunctional software, integration with the current bank informational systems, and issuing and acquiring Visa chip products. Achievements: • Orchestrated the issuing project of Visa International payment cards with Kazkommertsbank. Completed all necessary integration processes.

Invited to participate in the project as a methodologist and manager of the acquiring part. After nine months, was appointed to the position of Director. Achievements: • Orchestrated the issuing project of Visa International payment cards with ABN-AMRO Bank Kazakhstan. Completed the project successfully and in accordance with the approved schedule and budget.
