For 5 years, as a representative of K&T Partners, I have been working as an IFC (World Bank) consultant on projects of corporate governance and ESG standards implementation in Kazakhstan, the countries of Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Work experience includes ESG diagnostics, development of implementation plans, and preparation of methodological documents, as well as training of the Board of Directors and senior management in private banks, microcredit organizations, and manufacturing companies.A Master’s degree in psychology enhances my understanding of people’s behavior in organizational settings and provides me with practical tools for motivation, executive coaching, and performance management. Many years of experience in teaching courses "Critical Thinking Skills", “Strategic Management", and "Managerial Psychology" in universities, colleges, and educational centers ensures constant professional growth.
