Supported the greenfield endeavours of Prettl Centre of Competence in Érd as an on-site consultant. Within this diverse organization I was involved in the daily recruitment for technical roles and took a lead advisory role in the development of relocation strategy for one of the plants. From the inputs I provided the company implemented a new policy. Closely worked together with stakeholders from the CoC, Germany and 4 plants in Hungary regarding technical and engineering roles such as from Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Purchasing.

• New car procurement process (requesting quotes, ordering vehicles, registration, hand over), contacting dealerships and clients (supporting account management & client acquisition). • For 4 months I was managing the purchase department alone (4000 car fleet), then trained 2 new colleagues and coordinated the new team of the purchase department as a team leader. • From 07.2018 - Coordinating mid- and long term projects of the operations department in 3 areas (Purchase, MRT, sale of cars) with continuous support of the Purchase department. • Projects e.g.: tire tender, new tire partner cooperation process, used tire sale, procurement process developement etc.

• Daily operative tasks at customer service related to maintenance, repair and tire services of leased cars. Contacting service stations and helping clients (call centre).• Taking part in several projects such as new services to clients (mobile parking, highway sticker, pick up service, GPS based fleet tracking, improving service network), creating and improving internal processes.

• I worked 20 hours/week besides university at sale of cars and car rental departments within Business Lease Hungary (car leasing industry). I supported the administration of sold cars and short-term rentals.
