I worked on active metasurface. One of the works involved research on flexible metasurface. The metasurface is fabricated using an advanced lithography technique called "atomic layer lithography". I was able to fabricate nanoslits of width as small as ~ 1 nm on top of PET and PDMS substrate. These types of metasurfaces are capable of modulation of incident.

The thesis for my Ph.D. is "Development of zero-nanometer gap technology for electromagnetic wave modulation". During my Ph.D., I worked on topology changing metasurface. A new active metasurface containing an array of slits with a width as small as ~1 nm was fabricated using atomic layer lithography. These metasurfaces are able to control light.

I was a senior research fellow on INDO-Korea project on "growth and characterization of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires for various applications".
