• Review material certificate and QC procedures.• Report findings of inspection and test and identify non-conformities.• Follow up close-out of non-conformities.• Ensure works shall comply with working procedures, Standard & ITP.• Communicate Technical and Quality related issues with Subcontractor and Client.• Review Drawings from Engineering• Updates Progress • Prepared Welder Test• Monitoring QC Activities of Subcontractor• Updates and compiles the overall inspection records and testing documents for the project.

 Read and understand the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).  Read and understand drawing (Description, Rev, NDT, PWHT)  Routing Check, Hydro test/Pressure Test & Leak Test of piping system.  Ensure correct consumable and WPS numbers.  Random Check electrodes/Flux oven calibration record and Electrode store.  Check fit up prior to weld Root gap, face, and alignment, bevel angle Materials.  Visual Check Follow up and monitor repair if any.  High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business.  Responsible and directly report to the QC Manager.

 Make a work done report.  Familiarization to applicable codes, stds or client spec’s and also approved drawing  Witnessing and verification of welder/welding operator qualification test.  Conduct Fit up, Visual & Dimensional inspection  To monitor the fabrication process from all aspects to ensure performance meets job quality and design requirements in accordance with Company and Client Specification/recruitment.  Arrange final inspection with Class/Surveyor & Owner Representative.  Ensure the job areas & surrounding is safe and ensures all employees working with safety & aware to safety regulation.  Maintenance daily report and weekly report  Preparation of material traceability reports. Inspection of joint preparation. Dimensional report preparation.

• Sensitif to determined every defect in welding result like; crack, porosity, incomplete fusion under cut, intermitten and other kinds of defect,records any defect and compare the size of defect with specified code or standartds.• Familiarization to applicable codes, stds or client spec’s and also approved drawing• Check the variable for welder qualification certificate and position limits• Check the material size, type, and condition of material• Check the welding position as per wps used, and correct the welder identification• Check the interpass temperature the recommended by wps• Monitor and witness the NDT activities for the joint• Inspection (fit up, visual) before maincon, class DNV and Owner Mosvold• Witness air test,vacuum test activity• Make progress monitoring
