As a Trading Governance & Performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, I am responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the company's trading activities, performance, and compliance. I use Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Teams to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and to create and present reports and recommendations. I have contributed to several projects that improved the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the data management process and system.I have an associate's degree in Hospitality/Keramahtamahan from Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar, where I learned the principles and practices of customer service, communication, and teamwork. I am passionate about creating a culture of equality and inclusion for people with diverse characteristics and backgrounds, especially for the deaf community. I have a certification from the World Federation of the Deaf Regional Secretariat for Asia Youth Camp 2018, where I participated in workshops and activities that enhanced my awareness and skills in accessibility and advocacy for the deaf people. I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, and Bahasa Isyarat.
