Result:Remotely led India Subcontinent's team in Gurgaon office to set live 4,500 new properties in 3 quarters and consistently achieve above 100% acquisition target for the last two years.Led team's realignment with global process standard and yet able to keep team KPIs remain on track and achieved given goals during the process. Speed up the average days needed to prepare a property live by addressing and removing common blockers for the regions. Worked with Thailand account management team on the accomplishment of acquisition goals for the region.Result:Remotely led Thai based team to set live 2,000 plus properties in 2 quarters. Addressed high acquisition target pressure for Thailand by initiating cross support from other teams in APAC that have ample resources.Improved the % of total properties went live in Expedia's websites within in 7 days from 17% to 50% in a single quarter.Trained and mentored the new managers for taking over the in-market leadership.

To drive the marketing and sales of property's all inclusive hospitality product concept by building mutual partnership with travel agent and through direct reservation channels via websites. The main challenge was to convince traditional offline travel agents which normally will only sell bed and breakfast product and not complex package that require extra effort to sell. 50% occupancy level was achieved and come from new market such Russia and eastern Europe despite the overall drop in overall occupancy level due to 2nd Bali bombing.
