• Manage supply planning processes for a NZD$17 million revenue generating division • Manage planning parameter of approximately 2500 skus to achieve targeted service and stock levels• Met targetted Service level is above 95% • Ensure logistical feasibility and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely release of new products and promotion in the market• Work to not exceed tight Airfreight budgets (of NZD$45k) while keeping open communications with division to minimize lost sales on high performing skus at risk.• Created reports and alert stock out situations to all personnel in division• Proactively report and alert stock projections with Supply Chain Manager to review stock status and discuss options to optimise skus where possible.• Initiate and coordinate the discontinuation of stock and POS items.• Cooperate and assist the Demand Planner to ensure the Forecasts in system is as accurate as possible• Ensure and check that forecasts integrity and information are correctly integrated into the information systems before placing monthly orders.
