Noteworthy of our 3+1 round the clock manpower planningwas initiated by me & conducted successfully.Carrying out daily Preventive Maintenance plan in accordance with machine wise &production wise.Maintenance of PLC’s based machines like Stringer, Laminator, Foil Cutter, Sun Simulator, Hi-Pot testing.Troubleshooting of various parts of stringer, laser cutter, and laminator such as Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC, Yaskawa Drives, Pneumatic & Hydraulic system and Comp motor.Doing out production process in accordance with production plan as per PPC so as to carry out timely basis deliveries of FG.Reduction of rejection in process so as to give 95% OEE of plant as per target &goal set.Fast & compact flow of raw materials for production in accordance with store & PPCdepartment.Six sigma & Kaizen member of doing Laminated throughput increase & final QC rejection reduction.Setting recipes for stringer & laminator for various type of BOM usage for production in accordance with quality criteria.Monthly WIP report & accounting stage wise & daily MIS reports.Facing internal audits & certification audits for technical documents of production process.
