We took on many large-scale initiatives when we worked together, most of which were made technically possible by Beatriz. She worked with the Sales teams to scope and build a new system for assigning customer types, improved our Salesforce opportunity stages and record types, built custom objects and flows, and always remained focused on data integrity. These are just a few examples, but they were absolutely critical in establishing our Salesforce architecture and roadmap. 3) Succinct, clear demoing of new technical tools that engaged the entire team. Every time Beatriz hosted a technical demo, the entire Growth team was super engaged! She made demos educational, but also fun, and that is not an easy thing to do! I appreciate that she made these opportunities her own and let her personality shine. Overall, Beatriz will be a high-achieving member of any team and has proven she can handle anything thrown her way! Her potential is limitless."
