I am a leadership trainer, coaching and supporting people in achieving their apprenticeships qualifications in Team Leading, Management, Business Admin, Accounting and Finance. Having been a commercially driven manager with proven track of achieving results through my team, I now use my expertise to train teams in various organisations. I am focused on developing people, enhancing customer experience and delivering operational efficiency. I achieved ILM L5 in Coaching and Mentoring and CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR management, gaining better understanding of factors affecting HR and L&D functions in organisational strategy.
