Responsible for a customer-facing, audio technical supporting team (product support engineering team, technical account management team) delivering technologies in the global PC and gaming sectors. Deliver technologies align with the market trend by collaborating with internal global cross-functional audio teams, including in-house product development, integration, IC partners, offshore maintenance team, and external ecosystem partners.

- To perform software implementation support and audio-related support on consumer electronic devices- Product/project management.- Support ODM and OEM customers(US, UK, S.Korea, Netherlands, China, Taiwan, India, Japan, Malaysia).- Work with sales team to pre-sale, promote and demonstrate DTS technologies and roadmap to customers, conducting competitive analysis and translate business needs to technical language for the product team.

-Responsible for TV project management, development, and implementation of software for Linux TVs.-Traveling for onsite support and presenting the developed or developing products to customers. -Traveled (6 months/year) to US (Irvine) , Mexico (Tijuana), China(Shandong) for onsite supporting customers and factories to ensure projects were conducted in an efficient manner, and in accordance with quality standards.-While traveling (visit customers or factories), also performing project leadership cross functions, including defining the project's objectives, overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.-Firmware development experience with C language.
