Current- Identify enterprise processes and classification them based on APQC standard.- Preparing identity, analyze procedure and process map in order to implementBPMS.- Reengineering, analyze, design and modeling (BPMN II) the processes of financial,legal, business, information technology, logistic and human resource.- Using SharePoint with third parties like Nintex (workflow automation) and InfoPath(form builder) as a BPM solution.- Implement, test and launch some systems like organization chart, tasks management, meeting management, payroll, payment request, leave request, mission request and etc.- Design organization portal and process forms UI.- Setting up project management office and creating needed drafts of forms,procedure and reports using PMBOK and PRINCE II.- Gather organization requirements and analyze software companies in BPMS andnegotiate with them and prepare a proposal for making decision by managers.
